This is a Victorian mahogany card table with a southern appearance, possibly from Louisiana. It has sweeping cabriole legs, that are hand carved and end in curled feet. The front and side skirts are hand carved. The top pivots to reveal a sectioned well for card playing storage. It has hand cast brass hinges and hand cut brass screws. It is 33 1/4 inches wide, 26 1/2 inches tall and 17 inches deep. When opened the top is 34 inches x 33 1/4 inches. One of the well dividers is missing and one hinge screw is missing. # F004
