Description
This is a hand cut and made coin silver tea strainer, weighing .51 ounces. It is 4 3/4 inches long and 2 inches wide. The bowl is octagon in shape, made of 8 panels with hand drilled drain holes. The cut out handle is in a teardrop shape with a far side hook for the teacup rim. The tea strainer is unmarked but has the appearance of an early American silversmith. It is in excellent condition with only a very small corner dent near the handle base. # S011
