This is a aqua medicine, hand blown in a heavily whittled wooden mold with a deep pontil scar. It is embossed ” Wm A. BACON LUDLOW. VT. ” It has a drawn out neck with a large collared lip. The bottle is 5 1/4 inches tall and 2 inches wide. There are 2 very tiny lip edge flakes on the right side. # B003
