Description
This is an umarked mid 19th century coin silver compote. The base and the bowl have a slanted coin edge. The base is engraved with an early American swag design and the compote bowl is engraved with a floral design around the edge and in the center. The bowl is supported by 4 curved legs of squared coin silver. The weight is 6.4 ounces. There are a couple of small reflective dents in the bowl. # S006
