Description
The weight is 13.28 grams and the grade is EF-40. But missing the P and L in E Pluribus with an adjoining weak S. It appears there was not enough planchet for the strike. Probably an overweight blank planchet that was filed and adjusted for weight at the Mint prior to the strike. #50002
